1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GalaxySeven ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. GalaxySeven is operated by GalaxySeven Entertainment ("we", "us", "our").

2. Service Description

GalaxySeven is a virtual case-opening simulation platform themed around Counter-Strike 2 ("CS2") in-game items. The Platform offers:

• Case Opening Simulation: Virtual cases containing randomized virtual items. All items are digital collectibles with no real-world monetary value outside the Platform's ecosystem.
• Chance-Based Games: Case Battles, Giveaways, Daily Cases, and other randomized features where outcomes are determined by a provably fair random-number generation system.
• Card Games & Social Interactions: Interactive card-based games and social features allowing users to interact, trade, and compete with one another.
• Virtual Currency: The Platform uses virtual tokens or credits ("Balance") that may be acquired through gameplay, promotions, or optional purchases. Virtual currency has no cash value and is not redeemable for real money.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and suspend accounts found violating this policy.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another party.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, abuse of promotions, or any activity deemed harmful to the Platform or its community.
• One account per person unless explicitly authorized.

5. Virtual Items & Currency

• All virtual items, skins, cases, and currency remain the intellectual property of GalaxySeven or its licensors.
• Virtual items have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, except where explicitly offered by the Platform.
• Account balances, inventory, and progress may be reset or modified at our discretion for maintenance, balancing, or policy enforcement.
• Purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Chance-Based Mechanics & Fair Play

• All case openings, battles, giveaways, and other randomized features use a cryptographically seeded random-number generator to ensure fair outcomes.
• Published odds and probabilities are approximate; individual results will vary.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or item values.
• Gambling addiction resources are available; please gamble responsibly. If you feel you have a gambling problem, seek help from organizations such as GamCare or BeGambleAware.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or exploits to gain unfair advantages.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Exploit bugs without reporting them to our team.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including but not limited to Steam/Valve, Amazon Web Services, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services. Use of Steam-related features is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including graphics, logos, code, sounds, and design elements (excluding CS2-related trademarks owned by Valve Corporation), are the exclusive property of GalaxySeven Entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GalaxySeven Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to virtual items and currency will cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GalaxySeven Entertainment is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

• Account Information: Username, email address, password (hashed), registration date.
• Profile Data: Avatar, display preferences, optional biographical information.

3. Email Communications & Amazon SES

We use Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) to send transactional and marketing emails:

• Bounce Handling: We monitor bounce rates via Amazon SES notifications. Hard bounces result in automatic suppression. Bounce rates are maintained below 5%.
• Complaint Handling: Abuse/spam complaints received through SES feedback notifications trigger immediate suppression. Complaint rates are maintained below 0.1%.
• Unsubscribe Mechanism: Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Requests processed immediately. Transactional emails (verification, receipts) are exempt.
• Email Content: All emails include accurate "From" addresses, non-deceptive subject lines, and contact information. We do not use purchased or scraped email lists.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers (AWS, payment processors) bound by data processing agreements, for legal compliance, or with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention & Security

Data retained while account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law. We use TLS/SSL encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls.

6. Your Rights

1. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. Charges appear as "GALAXYSEVEN". You represent that you are the authorized cardholder.

2. Virtual Currency

Virtual currency is a limited, non-transferable, revocable license. It has NO cash value and is NOT redeemable for real money. Prices subject to change.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws. Billing disputes: contact [email protected] within 14 days. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.

4. Payment Security

All transactions encrypted via TLS 1.2+ and processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do NOT store full credit card numbers or CVV codes.
