1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GalaxySeven ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. GalaxySeven is operated by GalaxySeven Entertainment ("we", "us", "our").

2. Service Description

GalaxySeven is an entertainment platform offering space-themed simulation games and virtual cosmetics, inspired by Counter-Strike 2 ("CS2") style digital collectibles. Everything on the Platform is a simulation played with virtual items: no real money can be won or lost, and the Platform does not provide any opportunity to gain something of real-world value. The Platform offers:

• Simulation Games: Virtual capsule/case openings, friendly unboxing matches, daily activities and similar mini-games that produce randomized virtual collectibles for entertainment purposes only.
• Randomized Features: Certain features produce randomized results. All results are generated by a deterministic, verifiable simulation engine and are recorded in your activity history.
• Card Games & Social Features: Interactive card-based mini-games played with in-platform points, plus social features that let users interact, trade and compete with one another.
• Virtual Cosmetics & Currency: Avatars, banners, frames, effects, stickers and other cosmetic items, together with virtual tokens or credits ("Balance") that may be acquired through gameplay, promotions, or optional purchases. Virtual items and Balance have no cash value and are not redeemable for real money.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age at which you may consent to digital services in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account and use the Platform. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you may only purchase virtual currency or cosmetics with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend accounts that do not comply.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another party.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, abuse of promotions, or any activity deemed harmful to the Platform or its community.
• One account per person unless explicitly authorized.

5. Virtual Items & Currency

• All virtual items, cosmetics, cases, and currency remain the intellectual property of GalaxySeven or its licensors.
• Virtual items and Balance have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• Virtual items and Balance are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes inside the Platform only.
• Account balances, inventory, and progress may be reset or modified at our discretion for maintenance, balancing, or policy enforcement.
• Purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Simulation Mechanics & Fair Play

• Simulations only: GalaxySeven does not offer, host, or facilitate gambling, betting, wagering, lotteries or any real-money play. No real money can be won or lost, and no virtual item can be cashed out or converted into money.
• All capsule openings, friendly matches, giveaways and other randomized features are generated by a cryptographically seeded simulation engine so that results are consistent, reproducible and verifiable.
• Capsule contents and rarity tables are published on the Platform; individual results will vary within those published tables.
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome, cosmetic drop, or item "value".
• Play is meant to be fun. Take regular breaks, keep it balanced with your other hobbies, and contact [email protected] if you would like help managing your play time.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or exploits to gain unfair advantages.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Exploit bugs without reporting them to our team.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including but not limited to Steam/Valve, Amazon Web Services, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services. Use of Steam-related features is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including graphics, logos, code, sounds, and design elements (excluding CS2-related trademarks owned by Valve Corporation), are the exclusive property of GalaxySeven Entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GalaxySeven Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to virtual items and currency will cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GalaxySeven Entertainment is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Username, email address, password (hashed), registration date.
• Profile Data: Avatar, display preferences, optional biographical information.
• Gameplay Data: Pages visited, simulation sessions, capsule-opening history, cosmetic inventory, and in-game activity.
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
• Purchase Data: Virtual currency purchase records, payment method type (full card numbers handled by payment processors).
• Communication Data: Messages through social features, support tickets, and feedback.
• Steam Integration Data: Steam ID and public profile information when linked.

GalaxySeven does not operate gambling, betting, wagering, or lottery services. We do not collect, process, or share gambling-related data of any kind.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the GalaxySeven Platform.

• To send administrative emails: account verification, password resets, transaction receipts.
• To send promotional emails (with consent; opt-out available anytime).

3. Email Communications & Amazon SES

We use Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) to send transactional and marketing emails:

• Bounce Handling: We monitor bounce rates via Amazon SES notifications. Hard bounces result in automatic suppression. Bounce rates are maintained below 5%.
• Complaint Handling: Abuse/spam complaints received through SES feedback notifications trigger immediate suppression. Complaint rates are maintained below 0.1%.
• Unsubscribe Mechanism: Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Requests processed immediately. Transactional emails (verification, receipts) are exempt.
• Email Content: All emails include accurate "From" addresses, non-deceptive subject lines, and contact information. We do not use purchased or scraped email lists.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers (AWS, payment processors) bound by data processing agreements, for legal compliance, or with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention & Security

Data retained while account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law. We use TLS/SSL encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls.

7. Children's Privacy

GalaxySeven is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age, and we will delete such data promptly if we become aware of it. Parents or guardians may contact [email protected] to request deletion. Users under 18 may only make purchases with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

1. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. Charges appear as "GALAXYSEVEN". You represent that you are the authorized cardholder, or that you are a parent or legal guardian authorizing the purchase on behalf of a minor user.

2. Virtual Currency & Cosmetics

Your purchase covers virtual entertainment content only (virtual currency and/or cosmetics). Virtual currency is a limited, non-transferable, revocable license. It has NO cash value and is NOT redeemable for real money. GalaxySeven does not process gambling, betting, or wagering transactions, and no purchase on the Platform provides any opportunity to win real money or items of real-world value. 3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws. Billing disputes: contact [email protected] within 14 days. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.

4. Payment Security

All transactions encrypted via TLS 1.2+ and processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do NOT store full credit card numbers or CVV codes.
